Scott Alexander, Director

With over 20 years' experience in residential Sales and Lettings across corporate estate agency brands in North and Central London, Scott joined Novus in 2014 as Director, and has since played a key role in shaping and expanding the business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and is also a keen sportsman. Scott spent many years working in St. John's Wood prior to joining us and loves to return there to watch the cricket at Lords when he can.

Joanna Wade, Associate Director (Head of Block Management)

Joanna, highly qualified in her field, brings over a decade of Block Management expertise to our team. She holds Associate and Member-level qualifications from the Property Institute as well as the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management. Joanna is a longstanding member of our team and enjoys both the day to day challenges of her role as well as her continuous training journey, often attending ad hoc Block Management courses through both ARLA and IRPM. In her spare time Joanna enjoys walking her two adorable Labradors Otis & Vincent.

Tom Cox, Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Tom joined Novus in early 2024 after graduating from university and quickly became an integral part of our team, his excellent communication skills go a long way with our clients too! Outside of work, you'll find him socialising with friends, indulging in his great love of travelling, or enjoying sport - whether playing or watching.

Kay Sondh, Property Manager

Kay has been with Novus for five years, her busy and varied role involves liaising with Landlords, Tenants, Contractors and team members, as well as keeping abreast of legislation to ensure the success of our Lettings service. With a BSc (Hons) Degree in Business Studies & IT, and a previous career as Project Manager at IBM, Kay now balances work with time in the gym, fusion cooking and family time at home.

Alex Alexander, Business Manager

Alex has been part of the Novus team since 2015. With a background in HR and Governance in the legal sector, she now oversees legal and regulatory compliance for the business, as well as playing an integral role in the Lettings team. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her young family.

Judith Paine, Lettings Assistant

Jude has been working with us for 6 years, primarily aligned to the Lettings team. Jude is responsible for Landlord and Contractor payments as well as assisting with general lettings enquires. Previously she held roles in the City - Including PA to Head of Equity Finance at major banking institutions. Outside of work Jude enjoys spending time with her family.

Olivia Nicolaou, Block Management Assistant

The newest member of our team, recently enjoying her one year anniversary with us, Olivia works alongside Joanna in Block Management. She assists with service charge collection and other leaseholder queries to include maintenance and repairs across our portfolio. Olivia brings over 20 years of business support experience to the role. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her beautiful dog Skye and spending time with friends and family.
